Domestic Shipping
Free Domestic Shipping:
- We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping via UPS Ground for orders over $200.
- Ground shipping typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location, during non-sale periods.
Processing Times:
- Regular processing times for orders selecting the free shipping UPS Ground option at checkout are 1-2 business days.
- Once shipped, UPS Ground delivery can take between 1-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping:
- For faster delivery, we offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air options.
- Expedited orders are prioritized and expedited through our warehouse.
- Delivery for expedited shipping typically takes 1-2 business days, not including the fulfillment period.
Important Note: We do not offer refunds on packages marked as delivered. For missing package claims, we will work with UPS to investigate, and if warranted, submit a replacement order.
International Shipping
